Briess Traditional Dark Malt Extract, 3.3lb

  • This American dark malt extract will produce a deep brown color and a rich malty flavor. It can be used in any ale or lager style in which a dark color, heavier body and roastier flavor is desired. The complex character is derived from a blend of Munich, Caramel 60L and Black Malts in addition to the pale malts. It is highly fermentable and should be used as a base malt.
