Return Policy
All non-perishable items are eligible for return. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
It is our responsibility to our customers to maintain an inventory that is fresh, safe and stored properly. As a result, perishable items are not eligible for return such as yeast, hops, fruit, juice, grain, malt extract, enzymes, biological cultures, flavorings and extracts. We will be happy to make sure that your return is eligible before you send it. Please be sure to specify the item(s) you would like to return when requesting a return authorization.
Return authorizations must be requested within 30 days of delivery and returns must be received within 60 days of delivery.
Refunds are issued within about 1 business day of receiving a return. Please allow a few days for your bank to process the refund. Refunds for transactions made outside the United States may require 1 to 3 weeks to be processed by your bank.
If a replacement item is requested, we will promptly ship the replacement within about 1 business day of receiving the returned item. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
You will receive a pre-paid shipping label to send back your return. The postage cost will be deducted from your total refund amount unless the return is covered by our 100% Money-Back Guarantee.
Please pack the returned items safely and securely to avoid damage during shipment. If a returned item is damaged due to obvious carelessness, the return will be denied and disposed of or returned to the customer.
If there is evidence of a fraudulent return such as postal fraud, reporting false damage or defects, or returning a used or materially different item, we will deny the return.
