The 316 grade stainless steel construction is resistant to pitting from chlorides and to mildly acidic and alkaline conditions. It is especially suited to handling citric, oxalic and phosphoric acids and for beverage handling. This two-piece, full-port ball valve has a temperature range of -60F to 450F and has pure teflon seals and seats.

A 24in x 26in nylon straining bag with handles is designed for mashing grain with the 'brew-in-a-bag' method. This reusable bag is large enough to fit inside most kettles or plastic buckets up to 8 gallons. Grain can be mashed without expensive equipment and easily removed using the strong nylon handles.
The bag can also be using for containing fruit when fermenting wine 'on the skins'. When the desired color and level of extraction is achieved, the bag can be removed. A large nylon bag can be used for steeping or straining grains, fruit and herbs in a variety of food and beverage production.
